Can I make a sympathetic villain?

Yes — every result includes a sympathetic angle you can lean into for a tragic or morally grey antagonist.

Are these villains usable in any genre?

Yes. Set a genre in Advanced options to fit fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, or modern settings.

Can I use a generated villain in my game?

Absolutely. The method and secret make excellent campaign antagonists, and the RPG hook suggests how to introduce them.

How do I make the villain a real threat?

Tie their method to something the heroes care about, and use the secret as a mid-story twist that raises the stakes.
